(1) The Attorney General (Conditions of Service) Rules, 2020 are repealed.
(2) Those who have been appointed to the post of Attorney General before the commencement of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Nepal, 2047 and who are receiving the pension benefits according to the Attorney General (Conditions of Service) Regulations, 2020 shall be deemed to have received the pension benefits in accordance with this Act.
(3) The remuneration and benefits received by the Attorney General before the commencement of this Act shall be deemed to have been received in accordance with this Act.
